Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Returns

If the fit isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

All we ask is that items are returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a return.

To start a return, email us at brkh.inquiries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at brkh.inquiries@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

All items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
